Praise Godswill (b. 1997, Atlanta, GA), known online as @pegnosis, is a Nigerian-American visual artist and designer captivated by simulacra and the evolving aesthetics of new media. His multidisciplinary practice spans generative art, design, and conceptual publishing, exploring how technology refracts identity and reshapes perception.

Based in Columbus, Ohio, he is the founder of Proxy Proxy Museum, an experimental art-house launched in 2024. Godswill’s work uses post-digital processes to craft images and systems that blur the boundaries between artifact and apparition, inviting audiences to inhabit strange, shifting spaces where the real and synthetic continuously converge.
